Good flick to watch, lead actress is a little stiff and the writing is dry. But entertaining movie and scary at times. I wish they didn't fully reveal the monsters back story until very later. I thought the ending wit the mom commuting suicide didn't make sense as 1) we don't fully know the details of how they're interconnected and why the monster is still alive 2) does she NEED to kill herself???

I enjoyed the movie well enough but I have very high expectations of horror movies and this one didn't quite hit the mark. I think my 16yo sister would probably love it though.

Definitely satisfies that hunger for horror
