I highly enjoyed the movie! Both the storyline and animation. Some parts of the movie might be intimidating for smaller children. It wasn't a happy ending, but it was a resolved ending.

This movie was amazing. I've been waiting for a movie like this for a long time, now it seems like everything is remakes or adaptations of books, and the original movies that come out aren't that great. The stop action detail in Kubo is unparalleled, and the story is amazing. There are so many themes that resonate with different people, the imagery is beautiful and it's a story that we need.

This movie is great for all ages! Very well written & loved the illustrations! Seeing it in 3D was a plus! It held my attention the entire time! Not to mention pulled on my heart strings. Also, I loved the free merchandise they provided as we entered the theater. My little one and I got matching folders. This movie is a must see before the summer ends!

My seven year old and I loved it! Not totally what I expected from the previews but in a good way. I plan on buying this as soon as it's out.
