It was enjoyable to experience. Visually it was a stunning movie, but the plot didn't really hold together that well.

Good story, beautifully shot, creepy and suspenseful. If Claire Foy had any doubts about being typecast as 'The Queen' she needn't worry. No dainty wallflower here. She's rough-as-guts but likable, soul-damaged heroine who probably eats nails for breakfast (for the timespan of the film she survives on 1 sandwich, whisky and cigarettes. No sleep). And the camera loves her! Bit too much graphic violence for me - it gets tedious. Loved the (non fight) stunts and all the tech/hacking stuff.

Claire Foy portrayed Lisbeth Salander quite well. There was plenty of action and the character's hacking talents were cleverly used but the movie as a whole was lacking. It did keep me entertained but for those who enjoyed the book be prepared for a completely different movie. Basically only the character names and a bit of the premise are the same

Good story. Good action. May have been a little longer than it needed to be.
