Very difficult to understand - I noticed a lot of people walking out of the screening.

Waited 1.5 hrs and didn’t get into movie.

We went into it knowing that the premier was overbooked on purpose, which is fine. But we were given wristbands and had our tickets scanned. 7:15 the employee told us that we were in the "maybe" section. Around 7:45 they announced they ran out of tickets. There needs to be better organization. It was freezing outside. Don't give out bracelets and scan tickets unless you know that those people are getting in. You know how many tickets there are and could have easily counted the number of people on line and given the crowd a better update so that we didn't stand around waiting.
